Who is eligible for assistance? To be eligible for assistance from Wyoming CARES, you must be a United States citizen and a Wyoming resident. A Wyoming resident is defined as a person living in Wyoming for at least six months.
How to apply for assistance: An application is required for assistance. All applications must have a professional referral. An application can be obtained by calling Wyoming CARES. Once completed, the application is reviewed by the Professional Review Committee on a monthly basis.
Wyoming CARES does not provide case management services. All correspondence is directed to the referring professional.
